Because all love deserves to be captured in a way that feels honest, natural, and entirely your own.
As a Kansas City wedding photographer, I approach each day with intention — documenting moments as they naturally unfold while offering thoughtful guidance where it brings depth and refinement. From the early planning stages through final delivery, every detail is handled with care.
What It’s Like to Work Together
From the moment you reach out, my goal is to make this process feel clear, supported, and easy to navigate.
We’ll begin by getting to know your vision and priorities, followed by thoughtful guidance around timeline and planning. On your wedding day, I take a documentary approach — allowing moments to unfold naturally while stepping in when needed to create space for images that feel intentional, not forced.
After your wedding, your gallery is carefully curated and edited to reflect the full story of your day — not just how it looked, but what it felt like to be there.
Before the Wedding
We’ll connect, talk through your plans, and build a timeline that allows the day to unfold naturally without feeling rushed.
The Wedding Day
I document your day as it happens — quietly observing, stepping in when needed, and creating space for both candid moments and more refined portraits.
After the Wedding
Your images are thoughtfully curated and edited into a gallery that reflects your day in a way that feels honest, cohesive, and lasting.
Questions thoughtfully answered, so nothing feels uncertain.
Booking & Availability
Do I require a down payment?
A signed contract and initial payment are required to officially reserve your date. From there, we can build a 2–4 part payment plan that works best for you and your timeline, with the final balance due one month prior to the wedding.
If we aren’t sure about our budget, should we still reach out?
Absolutely. If your plans or priorities differ from the collections listed, you’re always welcome to reach out. I’m happy to create something that feels aligned with your day while maintaining the level of experience I provide.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak dates. If you already have your venue secured, I recommend reaching out sooner to ensure availability.
Communication & Planning
How often can I communicate with you?
Communication is an important part of the experience, and you’re always welcome to reach out. I aim to respond within 24 hours during the week. While I try to step away from my phone on weekends, I’ll always follow up as soon as possible.
Do you help with timeline planning?
Yes. I provide thoughtful timeline guidance to help your day feel natural and unhurried, while allowing space for both candid moments and intentional portraits. From lighting considerations to how long different parts of the day typically take, I’ll help you build something that feels aligned with your priorities.
Your Wedding Day
Do you help with posing?
Yes. My approach is primarily documentary, but I offer gentle direction when needed to create images that feel natural and effortless — never stiff or overly posed. Most couples find they feel comfortable and at ease, even if they begin the day feeling unsure in front of the camera.
Do you offer video?
Yes — video coverage is available through a small, carefully selected team of videographers whose work aligns closely with my overall approach and vision. My goal is always for both the photo and video experience to feel cohesive, intentional, and true to your day.
Do you travel?
Yes, I’m always open to travel. Coverage within the Kansas City and Omaha area is included. For weddings beyond that, travel accommodations such as mileage, flights, and lodging may apply depending on location.
Delivery & Expectations
How many images will we receive?
Each gallery is carefully curated to reflect your day in a complete and intentional way. While the final number varies depending on coverage, you can expect a collection that captures both the key moments and the in-between details without unnecessary duplication.
When will we receive our photos?
You’ll receive a small set of sneak peeks within a few days of your wedding. Full galleries are delivered within the timeframe outlined in your collection, with care taken to ensure every image is edited consistently and thoughtfully.
